To avoid user software incompatibility, the downloading function has been modified slightly.
So once you have located the file/s you wish to download, follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Move the cursor over the row with the document title and on the right hand side a downward – facing arrow will appear.
2. Select this arrow.
3. After which a “Download file” option will appear, select it and the file will download successfully.
